Keystone Medical Supplies does not Participate in the Medicare Program. Medicare is not accepted. Medicare is not billed for items received. You should not submit a reimbursement request form to Medicare for costs associated with services you received from Keystone Medical Supplies. You are responsible for the entire cost of items received from Keystone Medical Supplies.
